Easy!Appointments

Easy!Appointments is an open-source appointment scheduling system that lets businesses and professionals offer online booking to their customers. Built with PHP on the CodeIgniter framework and backed by a MySQL database, it provides a public booking page where clients can pick a service, choose a provider, and reserve an available time slot without needing an account.

Administrators manage services, providers, working plans, breaks, and customers through a backend panel, and the system supports multiple providers and service categories. It includes two-way synchronization with Google Calendar, email notifications and reminders, customizable booking fields, multiple languages, and a REST API for integration with other tools.

It is typically used by clinics, salons, consultants, tutors, and any service business that needs customers to self-book appointments online. Running it requires a PHP runtime with a MySQL/MariaDB database, making it a good fit for a small single-tenant instance where the booking page and admin panel are exposed behind a reverse proxy.
