Paheko

Paheko is a management suite for non-profit associations and small organizations. It brings together member and membership tracking, double-entry accounting, document storage and sharing, event and activity management, and a built-in website/CMS in a single self-hostable application. The name comes from a Māori word meaning "to cooperate."

Built in PHP and backed by a SQLite database, Paheko is lightweight and has modest server requirements, making it well suited to single-instance self-hosting. It exposes accounting, treasury, and reporting tools alongside a membership directory, dues management, and a wiki-style website builder for the association.

Typical users are clubs, charities, and community groups that need an integrated, sovereignty-friendly alternative to scattered spreadsheets and SaaS tools. It is developed by the French association Paheko and released as free software under the AGPL, with both self-hosted and managed-cloud options available.
